Golf Club Building Tasks and Responsibilities

• Perform high quality club builds
• Eye for detail – Measure twice, cut once mentality
• Works with hand tools and machines to complete club assembly
• Follows verbal and written mechanical instructions such
  as order forms, build sheets, trimming charts etc
• Performs quality checks and participates in problem
  identifications and resolutions
• Able to lift 10-30 pounds throughout the day; stand
  for 6-8 hours per day
• Ability to perform minor mechanical assembly
• Inventory Management
• Packaging & shipping out customer orders

Desired skills and experience:

Success oriented & engaging personality

Passionate about golf and desire to establish and/or advance career in the golf equipment industry

Knowledgeable about golf equipment including components
(shafts, grips etc)

Outgoing, coachable, and customer focused

Compensation:

$20-23.50 Per Hour to start depending on experience.
Minimum 30 hours per week.

Haywood Clubs, Apparel and Swag will be included after 3 months of completed work.
