Haywood Golf Return and Refund Policy

At Haywood Golf, we stand behind our products 100% because we know the craftsmanship is of the highest quality. We understand that purchasing golf clubs online can be challenging compared to testing them in-store. That’s why we’ve created a seamless return policy to make you feel just as comfortable shopping online as you would in-store.

Returns and Restocking Fees

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and do not include shipping costs.

Iron Sets Return Policy

  • 30-Day Return/Refund: Applies to all stock iron sets.
  • Test Club: The 7 iron can be used as a test club but must not be damaged. For a full refund, the remaining irons (4, 5, 6, 8, 9, PW) must be returned unused and in brand-new condition.
  • Custom Sets: Custom-built iron sets and custom iron heads are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
  • Limited Editions: Haywood 100’s are not eligible for refund/return due to limited quantity production.
  • Return Procedure: Email info@haywoodgolf.com before returning any iron set to confirm the return delivery address and eligibility.

*Note: "Stock" refers to clubs with no upgrades or customizations.

Woods, Wedges, Putters, and Driving Iron Return Policy

  • 30-Day Return/Refund: Applies to all stock woods, wedges, putters, and driving irons returned unused.
  • Inspection: We reserve the right to inspect all returned products to ensure compliance with our return policy before providing a refund.
  • Return Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any taxes/brokerage fees.
  • Condition Note: Raw wedges may have tiny blemishes at delivery due to the raw steel's natural rust/patina during the build/transportation process.

Golf Bag Return Policy

  • 30-Day Return/Refund: Eligible only if the bag is in unused and brand-new condition.
  • Return Costs: Original shipping charge is not included in the refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Club Building, Turnaround Time, and Shipping

Club Building:

  • Custom Built: Each order is custom-built following your purchase. We do not store pre-built clubs or sets.
  • Markings: Clubs with custom loft and/or lie adjustments may have markings due to bending.

Order Turnaround Time:

  • Assembly Time: Orders are typically assembled within 1-3 weeks from the purchase date, depending on order volume. Please feel free to inquire where we are at at anytime.
  • Fairness: Orders are built in the order of the purchase date to ensure fairness.

Cancellations and Changes:

  • Cancellation Period: Cancellations/changes are allowed for up to 7 days from the purchase date for stock sets and 3 days for custom sets.
  • Pre-Order Clubs: Pre-order clubs are not eligible for cancellation without a 10% fee.
  • Cancellation Fees: Standard cancellations are subject to a 5% fee. Repeated cancellations may incur higher fees, and a third cancellation request will not be accepted.

Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: We use standard shipping methods from Vancouver, Canada, with varying carriers depending on the delivery location.
  • Actual Shipping Times: Range from 5-8 business days depending on delivery location.
  • Tracking and Insurance: Tracking is provided once your order is ready to be shipped and customers receive tracking information via email and/or text once the order ships. For our customers protection, All shipments over $75 require signature to ensure no packages are stolen.
